FWIW - Where the idiot squirrel government bans pepper spray I suggest a small container like those used to hold diabetic test strips be filled with habanero pepper powder. It is small enough to be carried in a pocket or purse and even if very little gets on an assailant's face they will be stopped. What ever the would be victim does then is up to their disposition, desire and how many witnesses are around.
