Race is ordained by nature. Acknowledging what nature has set forth has nothing to do with culture or me. If you want to say that their are several ethnic cultures in sub-Saharan Africa, well and good, but don't pretend that there weren't blacks there before white people appeared on the scene. Ethnicity and cultures are human creations; race is what nature intended, to rip off a granola bar commercial.
Color/racial identity labels are of European origin. They can be whites if they want. That's their culture.
Who are "blacks?" SMH. It's not that hard.
The majority of African census reports do not include color labels for themselves. Only the ones that do were those who had too much European interference include them. The term "black" is nothing but a colonial/slave label contrived by ignorant Europeans.
So what do the dark-skinned people in America that resemble Africans call themselves?
The butchers bill for slavery was paid with the 350,000 plus Union troops that died ending it. The old South and any wealth generated by slavery was destroyed in 1865.
