I think the term Stand Down makes more sense. They get invaded and they stand down, and it is usually some what planned. There are theories and evidence that top French generals made agreements with the Nazi party before invasion. Today too French politicians are taking orders from the EU to open doors, prevent opposition from citizens. Amazing that there aren't men in France trying to stop this.
For " migrants" I heard a lot of fluent French and English.
