That article was complete spin.

One really key issue here is when the emails were classified
I stopped reading after that. As a holder of a federal security clearance and read on to even tighter controlled information, Clinton has a responsibility and obligation to both know what is classified and is not classified whether it's marked or unmarked material. The sensitivity of information is inherent, because it has not been labeled or identified explicitly, does not remove the fact it's sensitive information. The argument that she was not aware the information was classified while she stored it on her personal server is still a violation of law and violates her non-disclosure agreement, which has criminal ramifications as well.

The irony of her defense is, is its an explicit acknowledgement that she mishandled sensitive information, but it's okay because she was ignorant of the fact the information she was inappropriately storing was classified.

More from the article:

Quote:
This might all just be a product of America's problem with overclassification
So, Clinton is the voice of reason on what is classified or not? The one who was ignorant of the fact she was storing information that she admitted not being aware it was classified?

Quote:
Do Clinton's emails contain sensitive national secrets? The unsatisfying truth is that we don't know.
The fact they remain "Top Secret" indicates they did contain national secrets. This author does not want to accept the truth.

When Hillary has to throw her aides under the bus, they will sing.

Read this. It isn't spin. It's her actual emails.

Whoa: Hillary e-mail instructs aide to transmit classified data without markings « Hot Air

You are wrong. It is how stupid Hilary knows her supporters are. Key difference. Otherwise, a he;; of a post.

They are top secret --- too dangerous to release.
She thinks this makes her look good. That's how stupid she thinks we are.....

The Clinton's were an embarrassing chapter in American history. Taudry if not illegal office behavior. Scandals and lies rampant. Impeachment.
Why the fu&k do we want to reignite that fire?

Tough to believe that something would be determined to be top secret after the fact.

Frankly, I doubt it.

I think the classification was somehow removed when transferred to her private account.
Three is ZERO relevance to if they were classified at the time or not.

Because Clinton said no emails like this were deleted, only personal ones.

if emails that became classified were found, then CLEARLY they arent of a personal nature,

HILLARY LIED..

And if the emails could be retrieved after they were deleted, then clearly the server wasnt really that secure..

I'm getting confused about the 30,000 deleted emails.
Do we have those now, and are those what they are sifting through,
or are those 30,000 totally destroyed and unrecoverable -- and we are just sifting through the undeletes?

Well, I guess emails about donations to the Clinton Foundation, and large speaking fees for Bill, in exchange for favors from the SoS, could be considered personal emails, so no wrong doing there.

Clinton made the mistake I said she was going to make..

Assuming deleting emails, actually means deleted.
