Maybe "taking back our country" is so popular because those of us who have been around a long time have seen a well-working system with a prosperous working class, turned into a corrupt system where the ultra-wealthy consolidate all the wealth and income, while utterly destroying the working class and any hopes for the future being better.

According to the libs, bleeding hearts and ethnocentrics it is while their agenda is to flood our country with non-assimilating, poor, unskilled, uneducated, welfare dependent, non-white immigrants and refugees. No racism there though, right?

One would think that when "Take back our country" is stated, it's primarily for an aging demographic group left over from a time when America meant apple pie and baseball for some and lynchings, beatings, and disenfranchisement for others.

Is that what they are saying?

Take back our country is divisive.

When we take back OUR country, who's the our referring to, and whom are we taking back our country from?

Talk to me.

When freedom is diminishing in a "Free State", nor have any liberty to choose for themselves... It is done for them and then taxed to pay for it.

There are a couple things I don't get about the TOCB crowd

1. Why did the only start caring about big govt when Obama expanded public health insurance? Why was there no outrage at spending $1 trillion on the needless Iraq War?

2. When they talk of moral decay why do they not admit that the biggest increase in the divorce rate and out of wedlock birth rate came during the 1980s under Reagan? Since Obama took office the rates of crime, divorce, out of wedlock births, abortion etc are the same or even better.

3. Why do they not admit that taxes were much higher in the good ole days? Even with some Bush tax cuts expiring our tax rate has rarely been lower.

Who's "they"? I am a conservative and oppose these useless wars that are costing us trillions of dollars. Congress and the standing president are collectively responsible for war conflicts. Obama wants to give everyone healthcare on the taxpayer dime including illegal aliens not so under any conservative president.

WTH does the sitting president have to do with divorce rates, etc.? If taxes were higher during the so-called good ole days then so were wages compared to today's cost of living.

As far as changing demographics, that is happening because White Boomers and Gen Xers chose to have fewer children. The reason immigration increased starting in the 1990s was due to labor shortages, and it started with Reagan loosening immigration laws for Hispanics. Had Boomers and Gen Xers averaged 3 or 4 kids instead of only having 1 or 2 there would be minimal change to America's racial makeup. Why are the people who chose to have fewer kids now upset that immigration increased to cover difference? Barrack Obama may be pandering to immigrants for votes but it's lower White fertility that's the core issue.

They choose to have fewer children because it is too expensive to raise more than a couple these days. Large families were needed back then for reasons that don't exist today and because we were a young country and sparsely populated. There were plentiful jobs and resources back then. No so today. We had no labor shortages back in the 90's. Where are you getting that? So we should have kids we can't afford to feed to keep up with 'immigrants" who are breeding like no tomorrow and on the taxpayer's dime? We didn't need to make up any so-called differences. Obama isn't pandering to immigrants for votes as they can't vote but he is pandering to a citizen group that thinks their ethnic group is above our immigration laws. Lower white or any other race's fertility is a good thing when you consider the state our nation is in today. The whole damned world is overpopulated. Having a demographic change to our country due to illegal immigration is unlawful and unacceptable.

Some of us limit the number of children we have because we realize the cost involved. We do not bite off more than we can chew.

I believe it is called Personal Responsibility.

Or should I help produce 10 kids I cannot properly care for and send you the bill?

Labor shortages? Please. Democrats want the votes because their ideology is bankrupt and business owners of both parties (Zuckerberg?) want to pay crap for wages.

And Reagan did not loosen any laws. He compromised with the Democrats and agreed to an amnesty.

Everybody bemoans the decline of good paying jobs for the working class, but hey, why not import millions of painters, carpenters, computer programmers, and construction workers illegally and then try to blame Wall Street, trade deals, etc?

Everybody wants a living wage and answer that by importing millions of high school dropouts.

Yea, great stuff that.

Get the government out of the marriage business altogether.... problem solved.

Why anyone thinks the government should have any say in who can marry who is beyond me.
