The Pentagon is ordering the top brass to incorporate climate change into virtually everything they do, from testing weapons to training troops to war planning to joint exercises with allies.
…
Climate change must be integrated in:
Weapons buying and testing “across the life cycle of weapons systems, platforms and equipment.”
Training ranges and capabilities.
Defense intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance.
Defense education and training.
Combatant commander joint training with allies to “assess the risks to U.S. security interests posed by climate change.”
Joint Chiefs of Staff collaboration “with allies and partners to optimize joint exercises and war games including factors contributing to geopolitical and socioeconomic instability.”
So, the climate is now top priority over any military action. Who defines what harms the climate? Probably the EPA. So the same sludge of regulations that has our economy slowing down will now slow down the military as well.
How many more days of this do we have? 300+ minimum? Ugh.

Otherwise it ain't serious, and this is being done to fulfill a hidden agenda.
Get rid of the large motorcade, Air Force 1 and 2 - stop taking numerous vacations... if the climate is a serious threat.
If you're really worried about burning fossil fuels get rid of the needless wars of choice we involve ourselves in that consume a helluva lot more fuel (and $$$) than AF1, AF2, vacations, and motorcades combined.

I'm not worried about it. Obama is worried about it to the point that it is now the Pentagon's top priority.
Yet - it's not important enough to change what he does on a daily basis.
Sorry - not buying it.
This is just more sludge in the American engine... more mud and muck of regulations to slow us down - and now our defense will be affected.
