No kidding. The Supreme Court needed some new blood, Scalia had to go.

His death? No, not talking about that ... you right wing kooks talking about assassination are morons. The actual cover up is no one talking about the fact that he was on an expensive vacation bankrolled by and with a businessman whom has a pending case before the court. But ignore the oligarchy's antics, and go on talking about tin-foil hat assassination conspiracies you loons.
Actually, the businessman had a case. It was declined by the court.

My concern is who was at that private weekend.

In suspect his family knows.

He was overweight.

He smoked.

He had a history of high BP.

He had a history of heart disease.

He saw his doctor twice during the week before his death.

He was deemed to weak for shoulder surgery.

He was almost 80.

The end.

Blah, blah, blah....Ginsburg is 82

Ginsburg isn't an overweight, chain-smoking fat butt. Nor does she have his recent documented medical concerns. Nor does everyone die at the same time, but being 80+ is certainly a risk factor added to the many multiple other risk factors that Scalia had.

Many Conservative intellects are questioning why an autopsy wasn't immediately requested and people going up to the front runner of the republican nomination have raised questions.

So, was he killed? Discuss
Somehow, when referring to conspiracy theories, the word "intellect" is not the first word that comes to mind.

Also, why did you feel the need to start a second thread regarding this, when there's been one going now for several days? Afraid you'd get ignored in the shuffle?

If anyone can be said to have killed Scalia, it was himself - no one forced him to carry around all that extra weight or smoke. Although there is little he could have done to avoid being 79. So I guess it's a wash.

The concerns of the public should have not been lightly blown over.
Take it up with the family. They certainly could have afforded a private autopsy. Or maybe you think they were in on it?

Please be sure to shout your opinion from the rooftops. It will make you so much more credible.

Judges, typically, are not party animals, and the great majority are lonely.

Judges' burden, man.

Judges' burden.

IF he was in that bad of shape; he should have been in the hospital; instead of a trip without his wife, I have my theory. Also, I think an autopsy was performed. If you have children, you want to know the cause of death. There might be something the wonderful doctors missed. He may have been having a little too much fun, for his "conditions."

Peace to the family.
