This Super Bowl was the 50th. It was also held not far from Oakland. It was 50 years ago in Oakland that the Black Panthers were formed. Her music video was anti-cop. The Black Panthers were known for committing ambush attacks on cops and killed not only cops, but also witnesses to their crimes. When Beyonce performed, they were dressed in 60s Black Panther style uniform, gave the Black power salute used by the Black Panthers, and formed the X as in Malcolm X who was one of the inspirations for the Black Panthers including Chairman Mao and other Communist leaders of the time. This performance was a statement of revolution against the police and now she expects police to protect her.

The KKK routinely sued to force police forces to provide protection for rallies. The City of Chicago famously won one of these lawsuits, and the KKK never rallied there because they refused to provide police protection. But no one every shows photos of police not providing protection to the Klan in Chicago.

Given the continual hypocrisy of conservatives, who despite claiming they support smaller government, less government spending, and less government interference in our lives, demonstrate time after time they'll grow government, spend like drunken sailors, and promote more interference in our lives anytime it suits their agenda, liberals are still the better choice.
