How do you "keep us safe" when the worst terrorist attack happened under your watch?

George Bush failed and it was Bill Clinton's failure to address Bin Laden that was a proximate cause. We need to elect Rand Paul who would keep us out of everyone else's business and make us safer and less a target.

George Bush made some terrible decisions after 911 that made things worse and Hillary supported those bad ideas.
