Our legal system is still, I hope, based on the presumption of innocent until proven guilty. Our political system, based on this forum and the current campaign, is definitely the opposite. The assumption by some is that Ms. Clinton is guilty of any crime they can think of and crimes they have not yet thought of. This is nothing but tiresome hyperbole.
Does the same assumption apply to any or all of the Republican candidates? I thought not.
All the Middle East countries that donated to Clinton foundation had their weapons deals approved by the Clinton state department and less than 10% of their money went to charity, I don't have the first clue how so many people are blind to her corruption. Too many people are living in denial.
This could be much deeper than that, though impossible to prove, unless direct evidence were to come to light.
But here is the scenario, and I want to make clear that I'm not making any allegations here … this is strictly hypothetical …
But if you were so inclined to use your high level access as an American high level official to participate in an espionage operation, what scenario would you favor … the classic scene of a raincoat wearing spy, venturing off on a dark, drizzly night to drop off a bundle of classified documents in some alley trash can, while picking up your bundle of money, wrapped in brown paper, all the while risking the possibility of being followed, and ultimately caught red handed with either the documents or the money? Or would you prefer a scenario offering plausible deniability, by placing that classified material on an unsecured server that your counterpart could covertly access, while your payoff is channeled through a charitable foundation?
That said, don't be fooled by this apparent hostility of the Judge in her condemnation regarding a money for favors corruption scenario … just take note of how she dismissed the matter of classified material as something the AMERICAN PEOPLE AREN'T CONCERNED ABOUT (predictive programming) just like Comrade Sanders did when he said "Let's stop talking about the god damned emails, and stick to issues that are important". The consistent theme here is … pay no attention to the classified documents .. that's not important. We're exposing corruption here!! As if the existence of corruption would be some ground breaking, huge revelation.
It's all a big dog and pony show, and you'll hear nothing of substance from the media, be it FOX or MSNBC.
All you have is a vague suggestion that congress can do something. Something like what? Pass legislation that Obama can just choose to veto, which the dems in Congress will uphold?
What the hell is congress supposed to do all on their own? Especially this weak kneed compliant Congress.
and pray tell, what "past 20+ years" was congress supposed to do about Hilary's email domain server?
As I've stated repeatedly (and you haven't grasped), press charges. Prosecute in a court of law. Even GOP lawyers understand how to do that. Or, at least they should.

So how do you explain the current FBI investigation? They are as far from a GOP shill as it gets. And make no mistake - to have hundreds of FBI agents investigating the chosen democratic nominee in the middle of an election is not a decision made lightly. And please don't rely on the, 'well Hillary isn't under investigation' line. Does that not speak to the severity of her actions?

Important Witnesses plead fifth (IRS)
They get sent thousands of pages of totally redacted information (IRS and Clinton)
The information they need gets stalled stalled stalled, redacted, lost, wiped....stalled some more (IRS and Clinton)

What would "speak to the severity of her actions" would be charges and prosecution. Rumors of "there were some classified emails" don't reach past gossip.
Again, if she's done all these horrible things, then take her to court. Let a jury hear the evidence and decide. That's our legal system.
Don't play stupid. No one can do anything if the corrupt Obama admin has made up its mind not to prosecute. Even if she was found guilty, Obama can simply pardon her. Then what do we do?
ALL Dems are criminals. They don't prosecute eachother.
