Does the partisan left ever look in the mirror? if they were honest they know their party would do the exact same thing and their leaders are on record. Some one from the left get in here and tell us that the {D} party would be agreeable if there was a conservative president and a liberal judge died they would vote the nominee in and not stall until after the election. Anyone willing to do that is not in reality or is a dam liar. Obama said "election has consequences" so live with it and stop your fake outrage and sniveling it looks pathetic.

Obviously both parties say similar things, but clearly Biden was referring to the time between the end of summer recess (Sept 30) and the elections (Nov 20), so it does not quite compare to the current situation where the summer has not even started yet. Also, the nomination Biden was referring to, was confirmed with 90-9 votes only days after the summer recess ended.

Well since you spent so much time researching you should have at least on example where the senate refused to vote on a Supreme Court Nominee for a year before that nominee was even known.
