To be honest, either of them is going to be a breath of fresh air from the daily Oprah show we got going on from the White House every day. I swear to God our President thinks he's a talk show host and the entire world is his audience. If he only knew just how little respect pretty much everyone has for him and his sideshow.
Hillary? It is what it is, we know what we'll get with her. She is much smarter than Obama and I think has the interests of this country above the world. Obama has always had this vision of himself as too good for the average American and I think he holds most of us in contempt. He's like a liberal college student who hasn't learned the ways of the world yet. In his case he never will. He's just locked in a perpetual angry state.
Trump? He is a true American and a patriot and I think would be the best thing to happen to this country since Teddy Roosevelt.
I'm for Sanders. Not worried about Trump winning but you never know. I've resigned myself to the possibility or likleyhood of Hillary, but I don't like it. For me, the scariest would be Cruz or Rubio.
I prefer Trump to Rubio and I tend to be liberal. I think Rubio is a true empty vessel and that scares me.
I would love to be done with the Clintons and their sh*tstorm of scandals, entitlement and constant grudge matches. But if its Hilary vs Rubio, Hillary will be my girl.
I will say the one thing that intrigues me about Trump is that if something is failing I have no doubt he will cut his losses instead of plunging further down the rabbit hole. And as much of a blowhard as he is he atleast won't need someone else $.
I actually think Obama is a good person but he is not well suited to the management side of a Presidency. And he is a little to used to be loved & adored. Whenever he has faced pushback or tough negotiations I've always felt he came up short.
I must say, the posts so far are very refreshing in their reasoned response.
Thank you!
