Off hand I can only think of one in the last two centuries and that was in Pakistan. This question was addressed in the Islam board some time ago after a poster made the same claim. The responder went back to the 7th century and listed many women as "heads of state" only to be identified in the text as (in my words) just another groupie. If I may make a parallel to our own system, it would be like calling Madeline, Billary, or Condi a "head of state".
Horrifying!! I can not imagine the pain the mother is going through!! I tell you, the stuff that you hear on the news, and that happens in real life is WORST than even the worst horror movies!!
This is so evil it is surreal. She said she killed the little girl because of her own husband's infidelity and that she wanted people to see what she did. The woman was seen shouting Allahu Akbar and talking about the end of the world. I cannot fathom what the victim's family is going through.
She probably believes the child is now in gods hand.
I don't get these certain killers shouting out Allah Akbar, when committing murderous acts worldwide. Do these individuals really think God is looking down upon them favorably? Do they actually believe they are doing God's will and a righteous deed? Such individuals are beyond insane. Just my opinion and view.
They do. They are brainwashed. Otherwise they would not be killing people to honor their god.
Unfortunately they are all too common and you can't kill them without making more. They need to be reprogrammed by other (right thinking) Muslims.

Yes we do. A Rev.Perls advocates beating the devil out of children as young as 2. He and his teachings are responsible for the beating deaths of several adopted children from different families.
