Off topic, but I was watching the funeral. The Reagans were presented as a love story. The camera was panning through the crowd. There was George and Laura Bush who are a couple and then Hillary by herself. The thought came to me about when Bill dies and Hillary has to be the grieving widow. How is she going to carry that off? I think Bill could produce some crocodile tears for her like he did for Ron Brown. I don't think Hillary can cry.
The only thing Bill will "produce" when Hillary takes her dirt nap is a bunch of cigars in one hand and a bunch of Viagra in the other.......as well as the requisite drool down his chin as he Googles "daughters of former White House interns".

We dont know how much actually went into research in the 1980's but considering the portions in the 1990's we can assume it wasnt much ( the chart labels all possible research as "Discretionary spending" rather than breaking it down like on page 14)
