Donald Trump is the only President in Polling History to be underwater after 2 years in office, and he’s underwater by a mile. Usually, a President is more popular in the first years of his term than later on. The only exception to that among his polled predecessors was Reagan.

Most polls are conducted by independent polling companies, regardless of the sponsor.

Trump is like any other President in that he has done some good things for the country and some not so good.
The only difference is that the media chooses to ignore the good while hyping and inflating the not so good.

I don't trust any polls be they from CNN or FOX and how can anyone given what happened in the lead up to the 2016 election where all the polls were wrong.
Wrong would have been if they said Trump had no chance to win. Not a one of them did. He won by 70,000 votes spread across three states--states that do NOT support him any longer, by the way. No one said he couldn't win, just that it was unlikely. And given that three million more people voted against him that for him, they weren't wrong in that assessment.

Default At The 2 Year Mark, Trump is the Least Popular President Since The Advent of Polling, and it isn’t close

Just wait until the economy stumbles.

tRump's own record on economic matters is abysmal.

Let's see what his economic advisor has to say.

He'll look back at 34% as "the good ol' days."

Nationally recognized polling companies are often engaged by sponsors to conduct polls. One off polls are limited to a few days.

Other polls like Gallup are continuously repeated weekly and have decades of history.

During the 2016 campaign, some media organizations, like Drudge, relied on online surveys that allowed users to vote again and again.

No shortage of nationally recognized polling companies predicted the outcome of the popular vote in 2016 and all but one got it right, Hillary would win the population vote. The variation was by how many points. The LA Times poll showed Trump would win the popular vote.

It might be helpful to use a real poll. Rasmussen which skunked the ABC poll in the 2016 election, currently has the president at a 44% approval rating. And this is with the paid leftwing media hounding him 24/7 with personal attacks, fake allegations, and just plain mean lies.

If this is true you Libs should be happy. If this is false news then you should be worried.

Tell me again who the Dems have that can beat Trump ?

Lot less people didn't like Obama in his 2nd term but Romney was the candidate who could not beat him. We could see a repeat in 2020.

Isn't it only logical to disrespect polls which routinely overstate the Democrats' standing?

Rasmussen, like all but one nationally recognized polling company, concluded Hillary the winner of the POPULAR vote. The only difference among polls was the number of points.

Rasmussen projected Republicans leading Democrats as late as 11/5, before the 2018 midterms.

Trump has demonstrated a tendency to cherry pick poll results that seem to favor him and dismiss those that don’t, not too different than most folk.

So how does that compare to the other presidents listed?

Let’s see Rasmussen’s percentages for them as well.
Otherwise, your comment is contextually meaningless.

45% there Bubba.

Whenever Trump steamrolls y'all and you don't have a stock market crash to ride you through the weekend nor a government shutdown to act like y'all give a flip about, you go to your false Trump Polls, the ones that said Crooked Hillary Rodham Clinton would win by 97%.
