This is something that drives me crazy, every single political candidate we have wants to just go to war, spend billions of tax money on military and defense, and destroy tiny countries that have even a smudge of oil on their soil. Can't the government focus on fixing Detroit, Flint, Baltimore, St. Louis, etc first before trying to police the entire world??? Every single candidate this year aside from Senator Sanders is pro-war, especially Hillary Clinton who almost singlehandedly destroyed the entire Middle East as well as Honduras. You don't believe me? Read up on what the Hillary-supported Honduran government does to indigenous rights leaders in Honduras! Hillary already has blood on her hands, and she hasn't even spent a single day in the office yet! Not that the GOP is much better, Donald Trump promised to go to war with Mexico over a stupid wall we don't even need, Jesus imagine what he would want to do once an actual serious issue arises...
As someone who will be finally legally old enough to vote this year, I say ENOUGH to war! Enough to these candidates who just want blood and oil! What the American people need now is peace

Being a peace activist does absolutely nothing when war has been declared against the USA.
To say you are for peace, does not mitigate the intensity of the war declared upon our country by radical islam.
To defend our country and meet our obligations to other nations does not make all candidates war mongers. Clinton and obama have done more to set the stage for global turmoil than any other administraion.
Europe shirks its global responsibility to maintain a socialist economy with free stuff. they give lip service to nato which is primarily US forces in blue. Until european countries step up their contribution to defense and nato participation the US is forced to be the world's policeman.

Oh for Pete's sake, the OP is NOT about DEFENSE, it is about those freakin idiots[generally Republicans] who can't wait to entangle us in another war! Like a stinkin alcoholic, where everything is an excuse to drink, for war-mongers...anything is an excuse to go to war!
There might not be so many wars if we forced implementing a law that any President that declares war HAS to be on the front lines, like George Washington was, and Native American chiefs did. Isn't that the reason for a Vice President, to replace the President, is needed?
And speaking of Europe, the U.S. didn't give a crap about the rest of the world during WWII now did it, until Pearl Harbor, and has never won a war since!
Plus The U.S. does not 'police the world', but tries to steal every other nation's resources! Do you see the U.S. doing anything about the YEARS of atrocities in Africa, or north Korea?
