looks like the Prog-Pres doesn't have much stomach for turning Posada over. why are you asking conservatives? we oppose the entire thing. don't care a hoot about making something we oppose contingent on anything.
Don Quixote much?
Don Quixote much?
Hey genius, that "much" line only works with certain phrases. Let's avoid being corny, shall we?
So conservatives oppose the entire thing? What "entire thing?"
LOL...you went to Wikipedia to check this story out, didn't you? Hahahaaa...so transparent.
You're coming up as lame as the other poster, which is an accomplishment since normally he's a hell of a lot smarter than you are.
That's OK though. Every thread about Chesimard goes off the charts with anger about how she should be extradited. But all of a sudden, you've got nothing to say on the matter.
Tells me all I need to know.
Aw... Get your feelings hurt that no one wants play your widdle game?
Keep after it someday you'll get there little buddy.
I, for one, did not think we should have cut off relations with Cuba after the "revolution". Why should we care if some idiot thinks that big business and criminals should pay taxes? I guess United Fruit sugar plantations and the Mob did not like that.
I visited Cuba as part of an expenses paid cruise on the Grey Funnel Line in the late '60's. Too bad there was a fence (as The Donald would say "A big beautiful fence.") between me and Cuba. I would have enjoyed a Liberty on the other side of the fence wrapped around Guantanamo Bay.

He's ADMITTED to terrorist activities...that makes him a terrorist. And our Justice Department has said as much.
How do you know that there's no evidence against him? The two men convicted said that Posada Carriles was the one who gave the order. And how is it that on his book, he described the details of the bombing so well?..
He did it, that's why.
Not only that, but he was an admitted CIA asset. And declassified documents prove that the CIA knew about the bombing in advance.
You're coming up lame.
You just answered your own question.
One person was a domestic criminal\terrorist that fled to another country and the other person was in cahoots with the US government.
Same dang reason we brought nazi's to the US to help our rocketry or instruct US people to kill (aka murder) US citizens abroad or illegally target foreign leaders for killing or a host of other bad actions like overthrowing elected officials and so on and so forth.
So in all honesty the core issue isn't some right wing hypocrisy because it's really the US history of turning a blind eye to stuff as long as it's government sanctioned.

Pretty much.
However, in all of these Cuba threads, the righties consistently bring up her name as something of a bargaining chip in exchange for normalizing relations.
But everytime I ask about us turning over wanted criminals to Cuba for some pretty damn heinous crimes, these same people bob and weave their way out of the thread never to be heard from again.
Not ONE has ever said that we shouldn't be harboring international terrorists and that they should be returned to stand trial. Never.
Keep in mind that this is post 9/11, when Americans so-called aren't gonna tolerate terrorists on our soil, and wanna go to war for terror attacks in other nations like Belgium.
I am not familiar about the Cuban that the US is harboring, so I am not all that well versed - but I can't envision a reason why I wouldn't want the US to hand over someone who committed a terrorist act. So while I can't speak for why others may go,for the double standard - but in my case, you commit an act of terrorism, you die.
