Too easy. If Muslims are such a peaceful bunch, and what needs to be done is a mutual display of love and outreach - who is willing to go live in Yemen or Saudi Arabia for two years? Share our western culture and lay that foundation for friendship.
Just hope you don't turn out like that nice Indian priest who was treating people at an old person home when it was stormed by a group of Muslims - believe they plan to crucify him tomorrow on Good Friday
The problem isn't about sharing western culture, it's about shoving it down their throat as we murder innocent people over there. Peace through force right?

Why do I need to go to Yemen or Saudi Arabia. I can just go down the street or across town and hang with some of our dearest friends. We have an estimated 200,000 Muslims living in my city, I see no need to go anywhere.

If you will recall, four American Catholic nuns were abducted, raped, executed and thrown in an unmarked grave in El Salvador in the 1980s presumably by Catholic members of a National Guard death squad. So, what conclusion are we to draw from that? That Catholicism is a dirty violent religion, or that the four nuns like their Indian co-religionist were caught in the middle of an internecine power struggle between waring factions?
And i'm not about to answer the OP until he answers YOUR question.
Ha, don't we know it. Most of these posts are not original but parrotting some right wing talking point. At least from what I can tell. I certainly won't hold my breath waiting for an answer.
Well, your very first link is about some one from Gambia, which is in Africa(west Africa at that). the only political unrest in that nation was when American Gambians tried to over throw the government
so you kind of hit it out of the park with your first link LOL.
It is idiotic to use the word bigot so loosely. There are legitimate security concerns with allowing Syrian refugees to settle here.
There is a golden mean on Muslim immigration that seems to be missing in these debates.
Legitimate security concerns with allowing Syrian refugees to settle here based on what exactly?
Syrian Americans have NEVER started a lick of trouble in this country. I can't think of a single case.
So no, it's not idiotic to use the word 'bigot' in this case.
