It wasn't ISIS it was white supremremacists, and this is the watered down bill.

The anti-abortion activist, identified as Greg Pound, was speaking Monday in front of the Florida House Criminal Justice Subcommittee, expressing his support for HB 865. That bill would make abortion completely illegal in Florida except when pregnancy threatens a woman’s life or interferes with the treatment of an “already-life threatening disease”—and only then if two physicians “certify in writing” that this is the case.

Rick Scott Signs Abortion Restrictions Law
It's a victory unless someone favors killing babies. If these places want funding, stop doing abortions- very simple.

They will just have to go elsewhere.

Also - we should not be at the point where government is even involved in these decisions. If you want to allow women the freedom to get their abortions, get the government out of the process, which will bring the costs way down, and have them get their abortion services and pay for them out of their own funds (or set up their own payment plan). These people need to responsible for something...
Kind of ironic considering those writing/passing these laws rarely if ever are.

Could not afford birth control?

Women can get contraceptives at Walmart for less than 10 bucks.

They can get a pack of 14 condoms for less than 6 bucks:

That has not worked well in the past and clinics offer more than just condoms.

Education is key along with birth control.

Contraceptives haven't worked? Maybe because too many people don't use them.

Education? I agree. But lets not pretend that young people DON'T know that sex can create babies... it isn't rocket surgery.

The root of this issue is personal responsibility.

Yeah, elsewhere like them getting on the Internet to look up how the hell one is supposed to make use of a wire hanger in order to induce an abortion. No real man who respects and cherishes women can possibly back a bill that would likely allow such a horrid thing to happen.

It's not PP... it's the practice of performing abortions. Now if PP chooses to identify themselves with the practice of abortions, that's their own fault. If they truly want to serve women better - stop doing abortions.
So pregnant women wanting an abortion are better served by stopping abortion at clinics, so they can get on the Internet in order to get instructions for do it yourself abortion?

So rather than have clinics that offer education and birth control just hope they to Walmart, that has not worked very well in the past.
