I don't think there's a case [yet] that forces states or cities to cover lgbt under non-discrimination laws. With our bizarre courts, who knows what type of rationale an odd judge will come up with to impose these laws nationally.

I'd like to elaborate on my last comment. On PayPal's website, it shows job openings in countries that kill gay people. But let's look at where they're hiring people in the U.S.
On this and the other thread (about Mississippi) my posts are always answered with "you don't get it..they don't want to give the state revenue....blah, blah."
So somebody please explain this to me. They have job openings in Texas, but they won't give jobs to people in NC because it has similar laws?
Paypal does business in countries that jails/executes gays/transgender but they have a problem with who can use a bathroom in NC.
So, now conservatives are worried about how gays are treated in other countries? They sure bring it up a lot.
