It's pretty clear when school students complain about a person exposing their penis in the girls' facilities and vice versa, don't you think?
Students in school shouldn't be exposing themselves to other students. Would it bother you if a lesbian girl was exposing herself to your daughter unwantingly?

100+ students of each gender per P.E. class. At least one semester of swimming required. Explain how students change into and out of swimsuits without removing all their clothing.
To recap...
Quote:
"One woman, speaking during the public comments portion of Thursday's regular Dist. 211 board meeting, and who is also a member of the D211 Parents For Privacy group, told the board of an alleged incident she had just learned of. A female student preparing for swim class two years ago in the girls bathroom at Fremd supposedly saw a male, who had requested access to use the female locker rooms due to being transgender, without clothes on. The female student was said to have been greatly disturbed by the incident.
“This female student came forward to say that back in 2013, ‘Student A’ (the transgender student) violated rules by entering the girls swimming locker room, got completely naked, exposing his male genitalia to her,” parent Barb Wilson told the board. “Exposure is a form of sexual abuse.”
Wilson continued: “The OCR (Office of Civil Rights) report dated Nov. 2 backs this up. The report clearly shows a pattern of breaking the rules over and over again. What leads our board to think this pattern of behavior won't continue? Why would they put children at risk knowing this pattern? How many other victims are there and how many more will there be?”
Both the trans student and the USDoE OCR rejected the individual restroom/locker/changing/shower room facilities the district had provided for the trans student out of concern for everyone involved, and INSISTED that the trans student with a penis have unrestricted use of the girls' multiple occupancy open locker/shower rooms.

Most schools do not have a pool, and requiring swimming in school is very rare....not sure where you live, I haven't known of schools requiring students to take swimming classes.
When I was in school back in the day, kids didn't take off their underwear to put on their gym clothes, though there was private showers for students that wanted to use them....though they were rarely used.

Just one instance (or 5, in the IL school district's case... 5 high schools, thousands of students each) is enough to NOT force penis exposure onto unwilling MINOR female students on a daily basis, and vice versa.
And high school multiple occupancy facilities aren't the only problem. Like I said, park districts, state parks, public lake and ocean beach facilities, etc... ALL have several incidences of multiple occupancy open changing/locker/shower room facilities in which MINORS are likely to be present.

A swing and a miss. You are grasping at straws now trying to deflect.
Deflect? Deflect from forcing MINORS to unwillingly submit to the indecent exposure of opposite sex genitalia? How is objecting to that a "miss?"
Boys aren't using the girls locker rooms and kids don't walk around naked in locker rooms or restrooms; you watch too many movies. Life isn't like Porky's.
