What makes you think he didn't do that???

Obviously, everyone else is obeying the ordinance, or it would have been made known.

If you wish to defy the law, then you take your punishment.
1) A flag, is NOT a sign..
2) a sign against ordinance, should result in a fine, NOT JAIL..

way to emphasize why Trump is so popular, overreach of government.

It's a "content neutral" regulation that applies to all political signs . . . . . What, laws don't apply to Trump supporters now?

One should always read beyond the headline in a dubious right wing blog, and think for him or herself based on that information.

Whats the difference between a flag, and a sign?

more than you obviously think.

It is quite obvious the democrats have selective meanings for when the laws should be enforced.

If one is an American they are ready to condemn anyone who is from an opposing party. Yet they look the other way when it comes to illegals crossing our borders. The democratic party is one sick entity full of hypocrites. Proven over and over by their own words.

New Jersey Homeowner May Face Jail for Flying Trump Flag | Truth Revolt

Great example of why I moved to West Virginia and specifically picked a city with almost no zoning laws.

To pay the enormous property taxes the folks who live in Jersey pay and be hamstrung ontop of it -- You have wonder why they are not experiencing a similar exodus to that of California....

But what it really comes down to, is that Greenspan told many of these people back around 2000 that they really don't need any significant retirement savings -- because they have home equity instead....

Look where that got them....and now to have to lead a truly miserable life of codes and covenants just to protect your property values so you can sell your crapy NJ home for MAXIMUM value and move to a mobile home park or condo in Florida and live off the rest of the scraps when you turn 70.

No thanks.....

Illegals won't do it because if they get arrested during the protest, they will get deported and it's a very expensive hassle to try and re-enter the country. Legal latinos will do it because they have parents and relatives who are undocumented that they would like to see given legal status. They get arrested and get treated like any other legal resident.

This is the fact of the matter.
