If your point is, from what I can gather, you think the bathroom bill, letting men who feel like women that day into bathrooms, is going to sweep the nation, then you are sadly deluded. I know the political left is self-loathing & sick, but most men & women will not stand for having their little daughters exposed to this nonsense. Plenty of Blue states will never pass this bill.....Massachusetts is about to table it....it's not just your mythical "advanced states".

Yeah, the hell with the little people. What is important is urinating with cross-dressers.

Do you think it is moral to allow businesses to discriminate against same sex couples yet allow adulterers to be served.

That may very well backfire. The majority DON'T want transgenders to use the opposite multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms of their actual genital anatomy.

Remember what happened with the idiotic Chick-fil-A boycott?

It's the ones who DON'T have the parts that match the gender they "claim" to be that are a problem. Like the K-12 cases in IL, MO, and VA, and the college cases in PA and WA.

Those who complete sex reassignment surgery and have the genital anatomy that matches the gender they "claim" to be? All's good... use the facilities that match your post-surgical reassigned genital anatomy, even if you were originally born the opposite sex.

Why is Springsteen still scheduled to perform in NY? NY doesn't have a law that protects those with an alternative gender identity/expression from discrimination.

In fact, here's a list and map of states that do not have laws that prevent gender identity/expression discrimination in employment, housing or public accommodations. For all those idiotic performers and companies to boycott if they really mean what they "claim" they stand for :

Alabama
Alaska
Arizona
Arkansas
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Kansas
Kentucky
Louisiana
Massachusetts
Michigan
Mississippi
Missouri
Montana
Nebraska
New Hampshire
New York
North Carolina
North Dakota
Ohio
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Virginia
West Virginia
Wisconsin
Wyoming

33 states.

And, of course, the Federal Government itself does NOT list sexual orientation or gender identity as a protected class.

Boycott them ALL, *******s, hell, boycott the entire U.S... otherwise, you're all just a bunch of ignorant self-serving HYPOCRITES!

1. The federal government does protect sexual orientation and gender identity under title vii.

2. NY DOES cover sexual orientation and gender identity.

Again, there is NO NY state law. A governor's EO on "policy" is NOT law, just like Obama's EOs on "policy" are NOT law.

Please STOP deliberately spreading misinformation.

EEOC covers EMPLOYMENT under the civil rights act title vii.

As for New York.

Who is the one spreading misinformation? I, unlike some, hack up my claims.

So that is your only issue with the legislation, men who haven't had the surgery in women's changing rooms.

Weird story about a man posing as a high school girl back in 1990.

Quote:
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Some of the students at Coronado High School thought the new cheerleader looked a little large.
Members of the football team joked they would never go out with a girl who could lift more weight than they could.

No wonder, because the high school cheerleader was a 26-year-old man.
