Shouldn't that be telling everyone something?

Oh, wait... You're the same poster who "claims" that school students put their clothes on over their wet swimsuits from P.E. swim class and go to their next class.
So you can't even answer a simple question? If you saw that person walking down the sidewalk you would just think that he is a different looking female? Seriously?

And I was talking about the swim lessons at my city pool, not during school. I said "my son, and most of the other kids in his class", I would only know what he and the rest of the kids do if I was there to see what they do.

Charge them with FELONY indecent exposure when it happens on school grounds and/or if minors are present. In either case, force them to register as the sex offenders they are everywhere they live, for life.
Can you cite an example of that ever happening?

Should she have to use the men's room? Under N.C. law she would.
Yes, HE should use the men's room. Because, you know, HE's a male. A dress and makeup doesn't make one a woman. Once he gets his wang sliced and diced and has a vajaja, fine, use the women's shower and locker room.

I did. I very clearly said anyone with a vagina belongs in girls'/women's multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower/etc. rooms. Those with a penis DO NOT.

So... address the students who are REQUIRED to take swim class at school. And, YES, that situation DOES currently exist.

Yes. The IL school district, for one, but a more accessible case is the one in which federal court upheld the expulsion from a PA state university of a FTM trans student who was still anatomically female for using the men's multiple occupancy restroom/changing/locker/shower/etc. rooms facilities. March 31, 2015. The male students filed complaints in that case.

The law has nothing to do with gender, and everything to do with curtailing human and civil rights.
There are a lot of medical procedures millions of people would like but they can't afford it. Doesn't mean the government should peel back safety and privacy regulations for 52% of the population that is female.

Yes because women having penises and men having vaginas is so forward and normal.

Be grateful you can still use the words 'women' and 'men' without retribution. I give it another 30-40 years and identifying as man/woman, male/female will be deemed hurtful, discriminatory, bigoted, a dangerous social construct invented by right wing nutjobs, religious fanatics, and straight white men to subjugate all others.
