Lol, sure. We'll remember that when a Buck Angel walks into the bathroom you & your daughter are using & the world hears your cries of outrage. But hey, this is what you asked for, I look forward to your back pedaling.

These laws are NOT about protecting anyone. They are about punishing those who have the gall (or more precisely, the balls) to go against Religious Extremist beliefs. After the first few arrests are thrown out and big payouts are awarded in lawsuits, the SCOTUS will eventually rule that the laws are unconstitutional and the march for equality will move on the the next set of idiotic laws.

Oh great you've found one that can pas. Again, the feelings of a few intersex people do not trump the safety and privacy of 52% of the population.

So, a guy could walk into the women's room, claim he was born a woman & rape you. Tell me, how does this bill protect you? It doesn't.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

Oh, so that's what all these pro-"transgender" laws have been about? "Going against religious extremist beliefs?" That's been the impetus for all this legislation?

The Hobby Lobby decision has driven the left insane.

Yea. Expect it.
How did they not have a free pass already? Public bathrooms are wide open, they often don't have doors - just separate hallways between men and women. Anyone has always been able to walk into what ever bathroom they want.

If he did transition and had male genitalia, he'd still be required to use the women's room.
