Ridiculous. If he had used a Ford truck to run over his victims could the families sue Ford?

Nobody died at Sandy Hook.

How about some colorful snacks? LE even peels a banana. And they shoot the breeze:

At what appears to be a multi-agency drill.

A rearranged line formation (is this what was redacted from the above dashcam footage?):

As a Connecticut resident, I disapprove. The states opinion on guns as turned to anti-gun. So many people are afraid of guns here. All in all though, the manufacturer is not responsible for what the consumer does with the product. Those guns were LEGALLY owned anyway. Why don't we focus on that a majority of gun owners are being punished by something they didn't do. CT has passed the strictest gun laws in the nation. Our governor has tried gun confiscation which didn't work. I'm sick that society is run in a way that if one person does something bad then EVERYONE else has to suffer even if they had nothing to do with it.

One of my in-laws saw a set of kitchen knives for sale in an online store. When he tried to order it online, he couldn't, and it turned out the seller does not ship any knives (even kitchen knives) to the states where, should someone use the knife in a crime, the seller would be held accountable. My in-law was very disappointed as he said he really like the paring knives.

No but they could probably sue the Ford owner if not the same person. In this case, mom would be the owner and mom is dead since he shot and killed her with her own gun.

It's really sad that despite the facts that gun owners are more likely to die from gun violence, this keeps happening. Like a drug user thinking "yeah but addiction won't happen to ME."

And this is a sad commentary about the society we live in.

This is the heart of HRC's campaign. Just the other day she proudly proclaimed that gun manufacturers should be sued just like car companies, etc.

That gun manufactirers can be sued closes the curtain on the USA as we knew it. Talk abour slippery slope being the captive monster guard dog of liberals and lawyers. The door has been opened wide for lawsuits for all the situations anyone can imagine. Sue the bottle manufacturer and brewer if you get hit on the head with a beer bottle in a bar fight. Sue the golf ball and club manufacturer for negligence if you get hit by a golf ball.

Some liberal lawyer in need of an improvement to a vacation home on the coast of Maine will now be able to pay cash to the contractor. Lawyers have now been unleashed upon the country and they haven't had their rabies shot.

Haven't these folks been suing everyone and their mother?

I know they filed claims against the school, school board, and even a local newspaper.
