Latinos and Asians underrepresented in the NBA. Why isn't al sharpton and the Libs advocating for affirmative action policies? Why is the NBA so racist against other minorities?
In other news, al sharpton says Silicon Valley needs to hire more blacks because they are underrepresented. Claims racism.
A few years ago the Minnesota Timberwolves NBA franchise took hell from local Black activists because more than half the team was non-US Black. We had two Russians, a Puerto Rican, a Serb, a Black from Senegal, a Spaniard, a Black from Martinique, a couple US Whites and the rest US Blacks. They said the NBA was around 85% US Blacks and that this was....wait for it.....a blow to diversity.

Blacks are also highly overrepresented in the military.
Please don't ruin it for us. We like NBA because of LaBryant James (just an example). I am Allen Iverson fan. NBA treated Yao Ming really well, but oh brother, he is boring to watch.

I don't think you're making the connection and getting the analogy. Liberal activists think we need to promote and hire underrepresented sexes and races equally regardless of ability or merit. So they can't pick and choose when to apply this logic. Using your logic blacks and Latinos are underrepresented in high paying jobs and Silicon Valley because of their lack of ability (hitting baskets analogous to mental ability).
So we need to implement affirmative action scoring system that gives underrepresented minorities equal playing time.
