I looked up the article, he had been on hormones for about 3 years, so he actually was anatomically male. Pitt Simply argued that he didnt have it changed on his birth certificate. A judge agreed. If he had simply gotten it changed on his birth certificate, Pitt would have lost, or likely never even tried to exspell him.

I shower in open gymn/YMCA facilities daily and while its not a big deal if some one with a female anatomy was showering with the guys i'd probably tell her shes in the mens shower area.,
i'm sure the women would have something to say if some one with male anatomy was in the womens shower area.
A gym is different than a school. I don't remember kids showering in the locker room much back when I went to school.

You'd be wrong about that. It has already happened in an Illinois school district and a state university in PA. The university trans student was expelled. Federal court upheld the expulsion just last March.
I don't know about anyone else...but I'm looking forward to personally witnessing a woman peeing in a urinal!
