You know Obama should be smeared because right now he is making political points on the Flint Michigan water crisis after a little girl wrote him about it.My reply to this is that he laughed about that trillion dollar stimulus plan that wasn't shovel ready well replacing the infrastructure of the water system in Flint would of been a great place to start.
