Have you ever been in the bad part of Panama city? It's crazy in the gun sense. Lots of people are walking around with machine guns slung over their shoulders and a couple of big pistols stuck in their belts. Every commercial building has two guys with large machine guns standing out in front. One guy who was armed to the teeth came up and asked me for a smoke.
This is of course why Panama City has become a byword for safety and civility.

I really don't need to hear about your breakfast.
