Good for North Carolina. With limited time left the Obama administration probably has a whole boatload of nonsense legislation they want to shove down America's throats. States are going to have to hang tough.

From CNN - North Carolina casts its so-called bathroom bill as a "common sense bodily privacy law." The federal government calls it discrimination, pure and simple.

The two will face off in a federal court in North Carolina after two of the state's top officials Monday sued the U.S. Justice Department, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and one of her assistants.

Bad for North Carolina then. They are under the 4th circuit which has a liberal tilt.

The result will be the same as every other social battle that these states fight as well. Money spent so a court can overrule their legislation. But hey....at least they stood on principle .

This is the most important issue facing America today! Where do people who don't know what they are go to the bathroom? We MUST come to an agreement on this- forget the war on Islamic terrorists, Illegal immigration, the Election, etc- THIS is TOP PRIORITY!!!
