What? No my point is that by age 11 many girls aren't escorted by a parent so even more reason we need sex-segregated bathrooms for protection. The pro-trans nuts totally forget about the issue of juveniles and/or think every kid is glued to the hip with their parent until they're teenagers.
The hormones are in more than the milk, unless your kids have been vegan since birth, and so was your wife even before breastfeeding them.
1. "The left" includes me (at least according to you), and I don't agree with the issue. So, if you don't want to be grouped with the "far right", stop trying to do the same thing to "the left".
2. There are people on both sides of this issue. And all the people who disagree with you are not insane. Grow up and realize that various people have different viewpoints on issues.

First, I don't mind being grouped with "the far right", because it's no secret that I fall on the right side of the spectrum on most issues. My only point is that it isn't just some fringe minority on the far right that has an issue with this and everyone else is fine with it, like the Left wants to portray it as.
So I am acknowledging that there are different people on both sides of this issue. If anything, it's the "Left" that completely ignores the nuance and difference of opinion on this, which is what the Left always does. If you don't think the way they do, then they delegitimize your opinion by portraying you as a bigoted nut case.

I'm pro-trans, but I am against laws that allow people to choose whatever bathroom they want to go in... Namely, because criminals can hide behind it, and also, because the non-trans super majority of people have a right to privacy as well.

I don't get why it's hateful/bigoted to expect a sex change if they want to use the bathroom that matches their identity. Many trans people who've had the change say what a lifesaver it was and that they could finally be who they've always felt they were. Why are you pretending that our experience in these physical bodies don't matter?

I agree that this is a 'T' issue alone, but both the left and the right are selling it as an LGBT issue. As a result, cisgender gays, lesbains, and bisexuals are taking the brunt of the backlash and hostility and not trans people.
Hostility? How is it "hostile" to NOT want to be submitted to indecent exposure by a trans with penis and testicles in multiple occupancy girls'/women's restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms (and vice versa)?
Backlash? Yes, there's backlash against LGBTs now because Obama has significantly overreached on this. It's a wildly unpopular edict.:

I think this is a push by progressives. I don't think they care one iota about transgendered people.
They just looked around and found the most outlandish way to attack the culture because destroying the culture is the number 1 thing on the agenda of the progressive movement.
