By the way no one even knew about the trans issue before because there are these doors in them school bathrooms. Stalls with solid doors.
NOT in multiple occupancy changing/locker/shower rooms in schools, park districts, state parks, etc. And THAT is the problem. That's why the IL school district parents are suing both the school district and the DOJ.

Well 16 and 17 year-olds are legally children but they can drive and hold jobs. Since brain dead, pandering politicians and school officials won't protect girls, it's up to them to protect themselves.

Wait til some tranny gets his nuts blown off in the ladies locker room in a pro-gun state like Texas. Maybe then they'll stop this madness.

Yes attacks by transsexuals have been a huge problem in NC, thank god the politicians are on top of this protecting the children.

Maybe they should go the next level and allow them to carry guns to school.

Child abuse and other issues take a back seat to this.

I don't know how many times we have to say this...poorly written laws allow actual predators who are NOT transsexual to take advantage. But no one would EVER do that right? Every follows the law and no transgender anywhere in the history of America has ever committed a violent crime against biological women right?

What makes anyone think only transgenders will take advantage of the ridiculous demand to let trans with penises use girls'/women's multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms in schools, park districts, state park, etc. facilities, where various stages of undress are usual and customary?

Who's going to check everyone's gender status at the entrance of multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower/etc. room facilities to make sure only same-sex or transgender enter? And exactly who definitively identifies exactly who is transgender and who is not? What's necessary to identify as such? Merely someone's "say so?" That's a GIFT to sexual predators.

Why force MINOR girls or even women to unwillingly submit to indecent exposure sexual abuse, or worse, by a "self-identifying" trans with a penis (and vice versa)? What do LGBTs gain by forcing others to unwillingly submit to sex crimes?

I carried my rifle to school when I was 12 - shot on the HS rifle team. Never had any problems then.

I actually can understand that more problems could be created with this 'non-lethal' pepper spray. If it is discharged in class on purpose or by accident; it could start a stampede or cause serious problems with kids with asthma or other breathing problems. Even if it is used for the sole purpose of discouraging sexual attacks; it could still trigger serious breathing problems that could also trigger law suits or criminal charges against those it was meant to protect.

There could also be other problems with allowing NC kids to use pepper spray. Every few years we will hear about somebody from a state, like NC, that has a CCW permit and drives into states that do not recognize the NC permits (like NY or NJ). Some states, like NY and NJ, do not allow pepper spray and it could put the person carrying in jail. So, everybody in NC, should be aware of this if their kids become 'comfortable' with carrying - especially if they plan on trips to New England.

It's not the trans you have to worry about. It's the freaks who will take advantage of the law to do what they have always wanted to do anyway--stalk young girls or young boys in bathrooms--that you have to worry about. Pepper spray is an excellent idea. I may get one myself for my family.
