Has anyone ever read her bio? She has no actual experience other than being a political appointee starting with Clinton. She basically went straight from grad school to being a political appointee in the area of foreign affairs (NSC if I remember correctly).

Of course this sealed her link to the Democrats, no matter who is in office, and was one of the first people Obama selected when he took office.

To think, she was actually once in competition with a retired four star general to be the National Security Advisor, absolutely absurd.

I do not fault her, nor is this something that only exists among Democrats, but I do fault a system in which people with a weak skill set are thrust into these appointee positions, seemingly for life if they choose, and wield undue influence on the affairs of the country.

The only groupthink to be afraid of is from the Neo-Liberal Institutionalists and the Neo-Conservatives.

These are positions that were given out of favoritism, Incompetence is the rule not the exception. After Fast and Furious Holder, Rahm incompetent Emanuel, and Valerie Jarrett what do you expect.

She is correct about the lack of diversity. When only picking from a small pond you cannot get the best and brightest. You are more likely to get tunnel vision.

Yes, she is totally correct, but again, people that only went to school for law, politics, and the economy have no clue. They live on paper and try to apply that to real life. Security, which includes federal, national, and local, doesn't get taught at schools. Liberals have a way of being so emotional and don't know WHEN TO ****. The best way to introduce this is silently groom students and hire them. This telling the entire world creates more damage. It basically says that blacks can't do ish so we need to help them.

Blacks aren't generally interested in security- physical or cyber.
Blacks aren't generally interested in the culture of weapons, hunting, fishing, and law enforcement. You don't find these activities in urban settings.

Forcing blacks to get involved in areas that they are not generally interested in or groomed at birth for will be a disaster.

Not every environment is for everyone but people just don't seem to understand this. Not everyone can work the corn fields at 95 degrees all day but Mexicans and Latinos can and they enjoy it. They are good at it.
