Cheryl Mills was hired as Hillary's Chief of Staff at the state department, but when it comes time to talk to the FBI, Mills becomes Hillary's attorney, and therefor has attorney-client privilege. This takes any questions about any conversations between Hillary, and Mills during the entire time at state off the table. The DOJ agrees to this, and handcuffs the FBI in its investigation.

Report: Longtime Hillary Clinton Aide Walked Out on FBI Interview | Fox News Insider

There's a new development this morning in the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

The Washington Post reported that a longtime top aide to Mrs. Clinton, Cheryl Mills, walked out on her interview with the FBI, which is investigating the private server used by Clinton while she was secretary of state.

An investigator had apparently broached a topic that Mills and her attorney thought was going to be off-limits.

Mills then reportedly returned, but left repeatedly to confer with her lawyer.

Napolitano said that usually before these interviews, attorneys can negotiate on what topics will be discussed.

He said it appears that the FBI agreed not to ask about emails, since Clinton's legal team argued that Mills was Clinton's attorney at the time so their communications were protected by attorney-client privilege.

Lets look at what has happened so far.

Hillary hides her secret private server from the public, and government officials for years.

Hillary refuses to turn over emails, even when subpoenaed.

A hacker discovers Hillary's secret private server.

Congress, and the FBI wants the server handed over, Clinton refuses to turn it over.

Hillary reluctantly turns over the server, but not before deleting the emails, and wiping the server clean.

Hillary tells the public that there are no classified emails on the server.

Classified emails are found on the server, Hillary changes her story to the emails were not classified at the time.

Thousands of classified emails are found on Hillary's server.

Hillary changes her story, saying there were no emails "marked Classified".

Emails are found on the server where Hillary directs her staff to remove classified marks.

22 top secret emails are found on Hillary's server.

Hillary's IT worker that installed the secret private server Bryan Pagliano receives immunity.

A FBI criminal investigation lasting over a year, Hillary calls it a security enquiry.

The director of the FBI personally states, we don't do security enquiries, we do investigations.

Hillary's top aides all use the same lawyer for their interviews with the FBI, insuring they all tell the same story.

Hillary, and Mills claim that Mills was Hillary's lawyer at state, and cannot answer any questions about conversations between her, and Hillary.

Hillary herself will be interviewed by the FBI.

Now, none of this makes Hillary Clinton guilty, but this sure isn't the actions of someone that is innocent.

It would be a shock if the weaponized politcal henchman DOJ didn't give HRC preferential treatment.

HRC hopes she danced well enough to earn the protection of Obama's DOJ. she is on shaky ground.

I guess the Hillary supporters aren't very talkative today. LoL

Nobody has any questions about how Cheryl Mills all of a sudden becoming Hillary's attorney when it's time to talk to the FBI?

Has any previous Secretary of State's every claimed their Chief of Staff is their attorney? Is there not some issues with having the Chief of Staff being the Secretary of State's personal attorney simultaneously. Is there not some potential conflict of interest, I don't know, like if there was every an investigation into activities at the State Department.

How did the State Department allow this, or did Mills become Hillary's attorney after they learned that the FBI was going ti interview Mills?

Hillary has many friends and well as enemies in high places. There is no doubt that she is being treated special. If anyone but Hillary had done half of what she is accused of that person would have no doubt been tried and be serving time right now.

Imagine going after someone with zeal and that someone may actually be your boss in several months. That has to weigh heavy on the minds of anyone involved with prosecuting her.

American politics is looking more and more like a old movie involving the KGB and spies.

I question anyone who is supporting the questionable highly suspect Clinton.

I remember the left running around defending the IRS assuming guilt, in regards to conservative organizations, but now all of a sudden, their standards flip flop.

Insert item:

Hillary's IT worker that installed the secret private server Bryan Pagliano receives immunity.

You forgot to mention that hacker Guccifer was extradited to the US for unrelated crimes. While incarcerated State-side, Guccifer claimed that he had accessed the illegal server (quite easily) and has claimed he stashed 2GB of evidence. No doubt he could land an immunity deal if these claims are substansiated.

Do we Republicans really want her indicted?

Maybe not, at least not until after the election. That's because if she accepts the nomination and is then indicted, she may drop out. And that may give Joe Biden an opportunity to parachute in and save the day.

I am afraid Biden can win. Never seen any polls to that effect, but that's my fear. But Hillary reminds me of the Peanuts character "Pig Pen" with this little cloud of flies always following her around. The DOJ is not likely to see her like that, so they are likely to believe she can win - and save their jobs.

So if DOJ is giving her preferential treatment it may work to the Republican's advantage.
