Also, in 2008, Barack Obama's name didnt appear on the ballot in Michigan because of a violation of DNC rules and he didnt campaign in Florida for the same reason.

No, I made the same argument. You can't answer that question because not all states tally votes the same way, and because of that, the popular vote in primaries is completely useless. What I was doing was tying two things together because they are not exclusive to each other.
Obama not appearing on the ballots doesn't change the fact that Hillary had more votes than Obama and he still won the primaries and was nominated to run for president. That is why the popular vote isn't important, and it cannot be counted because some states are open primary, some are closed, and some are caucuses.
