Those who say Clinton voted for the Iraq War are being loose with the facts. At the time, Pres. Bush asked Congress for authority to use military force if diplomatic means broke down. Congress voted for that authority. Once authority was given, Bush stopped diplomacy and began planning for invasion.

The most that you can pin on Clinton is that she f'ed up, she trusted Bush.

Trump was also for invading Iraq, BTW.

There is no evidence that we could find, however, that he [Trump] spoke against the war before it started, although we did find he expressed early concerns about the cost and direction of the war a few months after it started.

Others have looked, but no one else — including PolitiFact and the Washington Post Fact Checker — has been able to find any evidence to support his claims, either. Now, BuzzFeed reports that Trump indicated his support for war in a radio interview with shock jock Howard Stern on Sept. 11, 2002 — a little more than six months before the war started.

Stern asked Trump directly if he supported going to war with Iraq, and Trump hesitantly responded, “Yeah, I guess so.”

Hillary Clinton voted for the war in Iraq. She jumped right on the same idiot wagon with the rest for the Freedom Fry, Lets Pour Out French Wine bozos, because it was politically popular at the time.

Given that she was a celebrity, wife of Bill Clinton, and US Senator, she had a perfect pulpit to speak out against that war. But instead of raising the red flag, she decided to wave the American Flag and declare to authorize the war by her vote.

There is no way to make an excuse for it. 10s of 1000s are now dead, a country destroyed, and millions more displaced, and Hillary Clinton was part of the political elite that enabled it and now are too chicken to take responsibility for it.

Only Trump supporters would bash one of America's most respected millitary leaders over a con artist who dodged the draft and insulted a real POW

Did Trump earn a campaign ribbon for avoiding STD's during the Vietnam War?

Most people were at that time. It was the tone of the country. It's easy to sit back years later and criticize. I give everyone, including Hillary, a pass on invading Iraq.

If they didn't say anything about Obama, they can't complain about anyone else.
