The hell does Obama need with an 'Advisory Council of faith-based and Neighborhood partnerships.' I can think of at least two things the president would be better of spending time on over this, and I didn't really try that hard for those two. Don't really care about who's on the council, rather why it exists.

Part of Obama's manifesto first time running for POTUS was to abolish the Faith Based Initiative; however once in office he soon backtracked and that was that. Guess with so many other things he "evolved"......
