No way to fundamentally change the various Oligarchical-Governments though citizen-activism.
I don't endorse or condone violence. But a 9-11/Mcveigh style of warfare, on a regular basis, can happen and would change the USA, possibly toppling the Fedgov and union-of-states.

Oh look, another bunch of America-hating, freeloading traitors wrapping themselves in the flag.
Malheur was such a resounding success (what with the one dead guy and the rest getting tossed in jail) that obviously it should be repeated.

Don't condone? And no it won't change it. Protest and giving the media plenty to report - and votes can bring change
Another group that thinks the federal government is evil but state & local mobsters are perfectly fine.
Precisely. It's the same insane story every time. The "government is evil" - says the people who have no problem driving on government funded highways, depending upon various government services, or even being employed by the government directly or indirectly (my favorite hypocrites of the bunch) - but they never have a better solution.
Some of the loons imagine some fantasy world where there's no central authority higher than the county or (maybe) the state, while apparently forgetting that power vacuums are always filled - and rarely with the types of people you want in power. These types also labor under some delusion that corruption only happens once one crosses the boundaries of DC; or, they think that if a person has a differing viewpoint, they must be corrupt because they lack empathy or advanced reasoning skills.
The other batch of nuts just want no government at all, either imagining some absurd sort of anarchy where everyone is happy or instead preferring to hand the nation over to the unaccountable rich and private corporations. Oddly, these same people are never seen moving to failed nations that, lacking any functional government, already embody their crazy vision of what the perfect world would be.
In the end, we all know what this is about. Thanks to an increasing number of people having some measurable level of empathy and decency, various disgusting viewpoints - mostly based upon hating people who are different or advocating violence as a means to "deal with them" - are no longer legal or supported by the majority. So, clearly this means that "government is evil."
With the exception of the true anarchists (who are dangerous and beyond reason), you always see the people whining about the "evil government trampling our freedoms" being the first ones to propose the government monitoring bedrooms, bathrooms, places of worship, etc. Yeah... typical "small government" types. Hypocrites.
This is dumb. You don't need violence. You need to stop wasting your vote on the same old **** parties. People vote Democrat or Republican time after time expecting change. That is (literally) insanity. There are other people running for office as third party candidates. This is a bit extreme, but you could vote for one of them. I know researching them will take more time than it takes to make a hot pocket, but it is kind of important.

I think the only thing that will bring change is a change in people's beliefs. Voting never changes anything, the media is basically just propaganda for the state, and protesting is just begging the master to be nice...they don't really care. They'll act like they do, but they'll find a way to maybe appease people in the moment without actually changing anything significant.

I had a few laughs reading this. Especially because you just replied to one of those "nuts" who wants no government at all. I'm also one of those nuts who are dangerous and beyond reason...apparently that's what you are if you believe in self-ownership and respecting the rights of every individual.
One of the reasons the 'movement' folks tend to blather on about States' rights.
It is easier to move from a state than a country.
