Honestly, who cares? Yeah, I get it. It's hypocritical coming from a news/blog outlet that drones on about the need of diversity to have a staff filled with mostly white women. But also, does it matter? Intelligent people understand that diversity should mean we all have opportunity, but that shouldn't gauruntee success. In other words, being black should never work against you, but it also shouldn't be the reason you get something. And you can apply that to anything. White, gay, Asian, female; whatever. And ultimately, the people who think that shouldn't have a huge problem with a staff filled with women so long as those women were selected for their talents, not their vaginas.
