If the allegations are true, these are some seriously disturbed boys and the school has some real problems. It sounds like the school has allowed the abuse to go on for months, so it is not surprising that it escalated. If true, I hope these boys go to jail for a very long time, and that something is done to any school administrators that allowed this abuse to continue.

I don't see how race matters, it's a horrible crime regardless and punishment should be meted out accordingly if found guilty.

Based on news seen the past few years, male students anally raping fellow male students with objects is nothing new, unfortunately.

One wonders what makes some young men so depraved in their wickedness these days.

In terms of race, maybe in this particular case race can't be ruled out as a factor considering the attackers were all white and the victim black. Same as it would be in any situation where attackers are all black and victim white, and so on and so forth.

if you read the article, you would see how it matters. this wasn't a one off incident and included humiliating demands that he recite KKK propaganda.
