So all these years I should have been "proud" that I'm straight? No wait...if we're "proud" of being straight, that would be offensive to those who aren't. In addition, why in the world would people be "proud" of their sexuality? Should I be "proud" of my eye color, hair color, or height? Is Hallmark behind this?

Gay and bisexual men and transgender women of color are at a particularly high risk for HIV. This month should be dedicated to education on the matter to keep the disease from spreading further.
