LOL. Oh it never happens like that. It's generally a handful of Hitlers and a ton of their respective supporters. People have this natural inclination to bend the knee to demagogues.

But that wasn't my point. When resources truly become scare, the strong rise above the weak. You'd be surprised how many fat, white middle class bros there are, perfect weaklings for a guy like me to take from.

It was written to be vague in order to enact change. The Founders lived during a time of tremendous political change.
