Yep! You can tell by all the issues cities like Houston, Dallas, Austin, and all the rest with these types of gender-identity laws for years, are reporting.

Oh, wait.....

Why do you keep at this when you DON'T know of which you speak?

Under Title IX, a school must treat students consistent with their gender identity even if their education records or identification documents indicate a different sex.

They don't have to change their education records to reflect how they "self-identify." There is no proof whatsoever to "self-identify" as transgender, not even a change in their name on their school records.

You still have to inform the school that you are a different gender, you can't declare yourself to be a girl without telling anyone else and expect to waltz into the nearest girls locker room to masturbate or sexually assault a girl.

You really should read your own cite...

ED and DOJ (the Departments) have determined that this letter is
significant guidance. 2This guidance does not add requirements to applicable law,but it provides information and examples to inform
recipients about how the Departments evaluate whether covered entities
are complying with their legal obligations.

So nothing changed. Why are you upset?

No one said they didn't have to tell the school. That's kind of the whole point of "self-identifying."

As a condition of receiving federal funds, a school agrees that it will not exclude, separate, deny benefits to, or otherwise treat differently on the basis of sex and person in its educational programs or activities unless expressly authorized to do so under Title IX or its implementing regulations. The Departments treat a student's gender identity as the student's sex for purposes of Title IX and its implementing regulations.
Let anatomical males who "claim" to be female have full access to partially unclothed and naked MINOR girls in school multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms or lose federal funding.

Note that NO proof of actually being transgender is required. This is based solely on "say so." They don't even have to change the sex indicated on their education records.

Every public school in the country.

One of my good friends is now a teacher at that very same HS. Swimming still isn't part of the PE curriculum.

Exactly why a blanket policy that every public school in the U.S. MUST follow or lose federal funding won't work. Where do students in swim class (PE) or on the swimming/dive team change into and out of their swimsuits without being exposed to opposite gender genitalia, or having to expose themselves TO those with opposite gender genitalia?

And it's even more extensive than that. Schools" pools and swimming/diving teams and how that's affected by this blackmail is just one example of literally dozens including but not limited to PE class and sports teams.

These are, for the most part, MINORS.

Insisting on bringing a penis into an area where it's not wanted...there's a name for that!
