Someone earlier suggested we adopt destroying their families' home like Israel does. I don't think that would make a difference. Especially if they're estranged from their families.
Well, punishment would be life in prison I guess. Assuming they did something that can have such a sentence.
As for discouraging... yeah, I don't know. There's a lot of ethical questions that come into play here. See, even if a doctor sees signs of severe mental distress, unless they have committed or have spoken of their intentions to do so, a doctor would be violating doctor/patient confidentiality if they reported that. If we removed this, it might discourage people from being totally upfront with their doctors which could leave people not getting treated which would likely only make this specific problem worse.
As for radical ideologies, again, not really an easy solution. How do you kill an idea? And it's a trick question; you can't. There are still Nazis, for example. Plenty of people really want to believe the USSR had a good economic system and just implemented it poorly. There are Christians who literally hate and have no issues with gay people getting killed. I saw a video of a pastor saying there were "50 less pedophiles in the world" after the Orlando shooting (and I'm pretty sure he should have said 'fewer'). The protestant reformation was centuries ago and people still think like that. The best we can do is promote good education and decent values and hope for the best, I'm sorry to say.

Why did none of our parents or grandparents get killed by a Nazi or Japanese soldier in the lower 48 states during WWII? Or by a German or Italian soldier during WWI?
The Answer: The government did not let foreign soldiers or combatants enter into their countries while they were at war with them.
Only a brain dead, post modern, post 60's human would even have to ask or think about this question.
If they're not within striking distance then they can not strike. The Muslim religion has no place in Western societies nor do Arabs. They belong in the Middle East.
White people have a human right to their own societies. As do Asians, Indians and Africans. Everyone has their own culture and continent and everyone needs to be where they belong. And non-Western peoples do not belong in Western Societies and vice versa.
Multiculturalism is un-natural, it does not make a society stronger, it weakens and splinters it and the only reason it exist is because the elites want to destroy Western Civilization and bring about the demise of the Caucasian Race and the countries they call home.

It's a natural fact that every people and culture has a right to their own space. It's recognized in international law. And has been true until about 40 to 50 years ago. It's not an opinion. It's nature. How societies and civilizations developed over 10's of thousands of years. There's no "opinion" to it.

We are going to have to be proactive and hurt some feelings.
I guess we need to know what the goal is. Maintaining our way of life... safety... people's rights... we need to have a DEFINED priority list. If safety is the top priority, then that might mean our way of life and rights may need to change.
The administration can't just remain in the gray area. What's Obama's priority list?
