Must make the Right warm and fuzzy to know their comrades are able to infiltrate our utility grid.

Maybe next time, they can turn off the lights just when Bernie Sanders is about to make a speech.

So it's not a problem?

Silly me. Of course not. As long as it's the Russians who are breaching, it's all good with the Right.

LOL. Pretty much. All the right seems to do lately is talk about prior presidents or candidates, or attempting to spin reality.

It seems to me that the main fail is to continue to ignore this problem. We need to secure the grid before something truly catastrophic happens.

It should be noted that the Utility Grid includes a number of nuclear power plants. If certain things were done to disrupt their functions, it might not just be a matter of losing power output. They might be put into modes that would lead to catastrophic failure, explosions and release of deadly radioactive material. We've seen what the results of this can be, in Ukraine and Japan, from just single failures in each country. If multiple plants were subject to cyber-attack, it could be almost as devastating as being hit with nuclear bombs. I've been opposed to nuclear power since the beginning, in part, because of this vulnerability to hostile outside interference. It's very alarming to hear from fools about how we should just bury our heads in the sand and ignore the danger.
