What do you want me to say outside of what I have? I've long condemned the idea that it is O.K. to take another life outside of direct self defense.

Nothing changes here.

I want to know why it's wrong for some but not for others.

It would be easy if I was an expert who could easily distinguish the difference between international terrorism (or war if you will) being waged on US soil versus psychotic individuals with no bigger ties other than acting on their own.

What we are facing in this country is complex when it comes to these mass killings. There's the terrorist angle. There's the gun control angle. There's the "what do we do to stop it" angle. There's the immigration angle. All (and more) that could be feeding the current problem. I certainly don't have any solid answers on how to confront the issues we face today which happen more and more frequently.

It seems almost impossible to stop. Sure, you could hope there happens to be brave vigilante justice at the time of an incident where brave people could see things unfolding and attack the attacker. Good luck with that.

Right now, I feel sorry for all the people affected by this horrid act.

Then go start your own thread about why you disagree....the police have said it leaning towards....can you say the words?

Is it your position that we are a Christian nation? This question goes directly to your argument. You made the argument not me.

If it's your position that we are a Christian nation but yet will defend the blowing up of a hospital killing innocents, why should you feel others should condemn what you will not?
