The "well there are radical Christians too" rhetoric is nonsense. If a whole sect of Christianity such as the Lutherans was actively going out and shooting up airports, pushing homosexuals off of rooftops and chopping off the heads of Catholics and Methodists because they werent devout enough, you might have a point.
There is such a christian sect. It's called the Lord's Resistance Army. Very similar in its means and methods to ISIS. Doesn't get nearly the attention though.
