I have agree, continue to agree we need to enforce the laws we have. we also need to enforce ant new laws such as the ones closing loop holes so people can by pass a background check at gun shows. you ok with unstable criminal people getting easy, unfettered gun access?
Do you know the #1 way that criminals get their guns? You should google it, your proposal wouldn't stop violent criminals from getting guns.
1. Their social network. Criminals get guns from other criminals, family, and people they know. Rarely do they buy from an unknown.
2. Straw purchases. Any criminal that knows someone that can legally buy a gun, like girlfriends or other people that want to charge money to buy, can get one.
With nearly a half a billion guns in America, they will get guns one way or another.
Keep, where I choose, and bear when I choose. Remember this nation was all about OUR INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY, not the power of government to decide for us.....
as long as you are legal to do so, however you are obligated to follow local ordinance or get risk individual liberty by the man. as we say in my house if the man wants ya, he's gonna get ya.

I can only be forced to comply, if I do not consent, in the land of liberty.
One of the main reasons for the 2nd amendment.... To maintain a free state.
I counter your force with my arms.
At least be honest and say, you have no problem, placing others into your bondage that cannot fight back, for not complying to your demands.
never said driving a car was a right. said guns should be regulated like we do with cars.
as to your other questions, they would be hammered out when drafting the law and in the process going forward.
But here's the problem. 2A is a right. Not a privilege.
You're proposing to suspend someone's constitutional right because a person was merely accused by a Government agency. What happened to the "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law"?
This is a slippery slope far more dangerous than ISIS.

true, you only can be forced to comply. all the innocent people in our jails and prisons agree.
I have pets. Dogs. That I love dearly. And they would give their lives for me. But regardless of how brave and selfless they are, they're NO match for a charging wild boar. I'm fully aware of that.

perhaps like abortion regulations they could be a waiting time? didn't say it would be easy, nor watered down, I prefer a finger in the dyke than no action a all and continuing to let mass shootings be the norm.

There are millions incarcerated this very day, for not hurting anyone, or anyone's property, nor stole from anyone.
All for not consenting to statutory laws, that have taken the liberty they always had.
4.6 million Americans are criminally charged yearly for victimless crime and lose their 2nd amendment rights.
