REPORT: Orlando shooter was a regular at the gay nightclub he attacked, used multiple gay dating apps
He was NOT an Islamic extremist, Trump once again was WRONG and showed he is not fit to be President. He attacked Obama and Clinton for not incorrectly spouting off that the shooter was motivated by terrorism.

Trump is a fool.

He was NOT an Islamic extremist? Please Odanny, call the FBI and let them know you have decided so. It will save us taxpayers so much money.
Obviously, you know more than the terrorist himself, who said that he, in fact was, motivated by ISIL and religious extremism. He was probably just lying to make Trump look bad, I guess. Or maybe he did it to highlight the gun control problem we have!

Facts we know that point to Islamic extremist terrorism:
he frequented a mosque known for extremism;
he traveled to Saudia Arabia twice;
he was investigated by the FBI for possible terrorist connections twice;
he said he was;

Facts we know that point to he was not:
Odanny said so

Why would he choose to go to Orlando to kill people. Because he's gay? Despite there being other gay clubs to choose closer than 250 miles round trip. Here is a possible explanation:

Orlando gunman tied to radical imam released from prison last year, say law enforcement sources | Fox News

Quote:
The gunman who murdered at least 50 people in a Florida nightclub early Sunday morning was a follower of a controversial gang leader-turned-bank robber who was released from prison last year despite warnings from prosecutors that he would recruit people to carry out violent acts, sources told FoxNews.com.

Omar Mateen, whose bloody siege inside a packed Orlando gay nightclub ended when SWAT teams stormed the building and killed him, was a radical Muslim who followed Marcus Dwayne Robertson, a law enforcement source said.

It is no coincidence that this happened in Orlando,” said a law enforcement source familiar with Robertson’s history of recruiting terrorists and inciting violence. “Mateen was enrolled in [Robertson’s online] Fundamental Islamic Knowledge Seminary.
Huh. Who the hell is Marcus Dwayne Robertson?

US Marine and FBI agent turned Muslim extremist Marcus Dwayne Robertson | Daily Mail Online

NY gang boss resurfaced at Florida mosque, sending radicalized jihadists overseas, say feds | Fox News

Quote:
Marcus Dwayne Robertson, 46, a former U.S. Marine known to his supporters at his Orlando-based Fundamental Islamic Knowledge Seminary as “Abu Taubah,” is currently being held in a local jail on a gun conviction. He faces sentencing on April 30 on a 2014 conviction of tax fraud, but more serious charges could be coming, given that prosecutors say he used the money to send his radicalized followers to Africa to learn how to kill Americans.
And this is fun:

Quote:
Robertson claims to have served in the elite counter-terrorism unit Joint Special Operations Command before leaving the military as a conscientious objector. A spokeswoman for the National Archives confirmed his service from May 16, 1986 to May 1994, in the U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company as a field radio operator, but records indicate he was released from active duty in March 1990, discharged in the rank of corporal. Records show he was trained in radio telegraph, scuba diving, marksmanship, parachuting, terrorism counteraction, surveillance, infantry patrolling and finance.
Well NO WONDER the media wants to blame Trump, or say he's gay, or blame guns! Can you imagine the black eye on the government this is going to be?

Quote:
During the same period, federal authorities claimed Robertson served as a bodyguard to Omar Abdel Rahman, nicknamed the “Blind Sheik,” who led the terrorist group that carried out the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center and donated more than $300,000 in stolen funds to mosques he attended, both claims Robertson denied. Robertson has adamantly denied the claims.
Anybody who has ever watched a documentary on the WTC bombings and 9/11 will know who the Blind Sheik is.

Quote:
After he was arrested in 1991 along with most of the other members of the gang, prosecutors cut a deal with Robertson, and let him serve four years in prison before going to work undercover for the FBI between 2004 and 2007 to document terrorists’ plans and networks in Africa, Egypt and the United States.

Mateen has met with prominent members of Congress on past trips to Washington D.C.

These posts from 2015 show Mateen with Reps Charlie Rangel, Dana Rohrabacher and Ed Royce. Royce is the Chairman of the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

Let's all pretend it's because he was a closet gay and because he felt that he couldn't "come out", he decided to kill a bunch of gay people 250 miles from his home.

Yeah, that makes sense.

Why do you keep repeating the same post? Who cares if he was gay or wasn't? Who cares if he went to gay clubs or didn't? Who cares where he did it? Who cares if he drove miles to the place? The point is, he murdered 49 people, get it? The amount of speculation that goes on after a tragic event like this is ridiculous & you guys get it wrong. Every. Single. Time. God forbid people could just zip it & wait a week or so for when ACTUAL FACTS are released.

Trump is a fool.

That may be true, but James Comey is no fool, and James Comey has stated he was radicalized through the internet.

That's good enough for me.

Or maybe 70 times!

Chris Callen, who worked at Pulse as a performer, told CNN's Anderson Cooper he had seen Mateen dozens of times at the club. According to Callen's estimate, Mateen visited Pulse twice a month over a period of three years.

Either he's terrible at scoping things out or he was looking for a boyfriend.

He was a heterosexual.

He married twice to women, and fathered children. He engaged in heterosexual intercourse.

Did he insecurities about is sexuality and deep latent tendencies? Perhaps, but as far as I'm concerned it is irrelevant.

It's too early to tell what his true motivations were, but pledging allegiance to both Shia and Sunni terrorist groups means he is either an idiot, or he was lying. Calling this Islamic inspired terrorism on day one shows Trump is not a careful, informed or reasoned individual.

Sounds like this guy was gay, and was self loathing about it.

So does anyone here think he would have done this terrible deed without his radicalized Islamic upbringing? His father was a radical Islamist.

In his mind killing gays made him right with Allah. And he was nuts.
